Hajiya Dr. Mariya Dantata

She is undoubtedly one of the richest women in Nigeria of today. She is actually very quiet and many people are never aware of her riches and influence in Nigeria.   Maybe she is not among the 10 richest women in Africa, but she has made a name for herself already as the third richest woman in Nigeria.  This woman is mother to Aliko Dangote, the richest man in Nigeria.

This woman is elderly and she is a very interesting and impressive woman. She is not just rich; she is also involved in philanthropy. Despite the huge amount she gives out to Nigerians in charity, she is still very quiet about it and will never reveal her philanthropy activities to the public unless she is compelled to do that.
