  • Early Life and Education

Adebimpe Oyebade is a native of Ekiti State, particularly from the Northwestern town of Ijero Ekiti. However, it was in the capital city of Ondo State, Akure, that Adebimpe was born. She is the last child of five children of her parents, born on March 23, 1994. She had her elementary and secondary education in Akure, Ondo State. After completion of her elementary school, that is, nursery and primary education, Adebimpe attended Future Asset International College where she sat for and obtained her Senior Secondary Certification Examination. She then proceeded to the Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, where she pursued a degree in English. After eight semesters, she completed her university education and proceeded to perform the one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps program in Benin City, Edo State.

Adebimpe and Lateef Adedimeji tied the knot of marriage on December 18, 2021. The duo began dating in March of 2021, though they both confirmed they were good friends to each other before the relationship. Like her husband, Adebimpe has witnessed tremendous growth since her debut in the Nigerian movie scene in 2016. After graduation, she auditioned for several roles and luckily got her first feature in Agbede Meji. Her portrayal of the character in Agbede Meji set the path for growth as Adebimpe has amassed over 50 movie features in the five years she has been a professional actor. Lateef Adedimeji is an actor in the Nollywood English and Yoruba industry. He was born in Isolo, Lagos State, on February 1, 1986, although he is a native of Abeokuta, Ogun State. He had both primary and secondary education in Lagos State. Thereafter, he enrolled in the Performance Studio Workshop, Onikan, where he had performance training. He went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ogun State.

Lateef Adedimeji’s inroad to acting was in 2007 whilst working for Orisun TV. He has featured in many videos, both in the mainstream Nollywood and the Yoruba movie industry. He won the Best Actor in the 2016 Best of Nollywood Awards, among others not mentioned.
