GoTV is a popular pay-TV platform in Africa. It is currently available in Nigeria, Zambia, Uganda, Ghana, Malawi, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Kenya.

It is currently the fastest growing pay TV in Nigeria and this is as a result of the affordability of the subscription packages available as well as the easy installation.

In November 2017, GoTv introduced the GoTv Max which comes with over 60 channels. Interestingly, a lot of people have indicated interest in migrating to this plan and just in case, you’re one of them, we have decided to provide you with the steps involved in changing to this plan. Also, if you’re looking to migrate to any of the other packages, this method also applies.

How to Change Your GoTV Package (Upgrade or Downgrade)

Go to the GoTV self service page and log in using your phone number, IUC number and surname.

Then follow the link on your dashboard where you will be asked to pay the amount of money that you need for the package you want to pay.

Another way is to wait for your subscription to expire then contact the closest GoTV office and request for an upgrade or downgrade as the case may be.

If you can’t wait for your subscription to expire, you can visit the GoTV office close to you and request for an immediate change of subscription.

    I made online payment for renewal of my Go TV Plus (N1,900) about an hour ago in favour of my Go TV IUC No: 4613295163. Till now nothing is showing on my television. Pls do something fast. I have an important program that I want to watch 9am this morning.And the reason for the renewal. I am getting disappointed of the whole thing. This is exactly what ur company did last time I also recharge till I mistakenly pay for another N1900 make N3,800 of double recharge Bfore I was able to view ur program. We can’t continue like this too. Everything is getting me digesting pls.

    • Hi my name is Onyedika please I have a problem I used my mobile app to make payment since 2day now but up till now they keep saying they haven’t seen it, I received a message from my gotv account which says pay into my IUC 7016553466 #2560 and get upgraded to gotv max valid till June 17 ,am a gotv plus subscriber but now I made a mistake and pay to gotv MAX, please can you kindly reverse my payment to my package gotv plus please
