The categories of candidate eligible to obtain the College Post UTME screening form are:
i.  UTME candidates who scored a minimum of 180 marks (For Degree Programmes)
ii. UTME candidates who scored a minimum of 140 marks (For NCE Programmes)
iii.  Candidates who possess a Minimum of 8 points in addition to obtaining two (2) Merit passes in their NCE final examination (For Direct Entry students)

Requirements for Admission into Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo state

  1. On meeting the cut off marks above, candidates must also have chosen Adeyemi College of Education, (ACE) Ondo, as their institution of first choice on the JAMB form.
    All qualified candidates who did not make the college their institution of first choice and are still interested in studying with the school, are advised to change their institution of first choice to Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo (Affiliated to OAU, Ile-Ife) to obtain a degree programme before applying for a Post UTME screening exercise.
    iii. All direct entry candidates are also required to submit the hard copy of their NCE result to the division of admissions in the college before they will be considered for admission.

         Method of Application for Adeyemi College of Education Post UTME screening exercise

Candidates are to register on the school’s website for the screening exercise. This is after the payment of N2,000.00 which is a non-refundable fee. This registration fee will be paid via etranzact or Remita at any commercial bank. One can also pay online using a debit or credit card.
After payment of the registration fee has been confirmed, candidates are required to take the following steps on the college’s portal:

1. Fill the online form carefully and correctly. The option of editing is not available once the application form is submitted.
2. Upload a clear passport photograph (No eyeglasses or veil is permitted). Passport photograph size not more than 50kb and must be in JPEG or JPG format.
3. Upload your SSCE such as WAEC / NECO/ NABTEB/NCE results as applicable.
4. Ensure that all information in the form is properly and completely provided.
5. Cross-check your entries properly.
6. Submit your application form.
7. Print out the Post UTME Screening slip.
Any candidate that supplies wrong information will have his/her admission withdrawn and may be prosecuted by Law enforcement agencies. Candidates who are considered qualified would be contacted.

Freshers or newly admitted students such as direct entry-level students for a degree program are required to pay an acceptance fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (N25,000.00) which non-refundable. An acceptance fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) is required for NCE Candidates. Candidates are to log into their school portal for payment
Students are strongly warned not to make payments through any consultant/agent or firm. All payments should be made on the school portal. The College does not have designated agents, consultant or firms to accept payments for admission.

The deadline for the payment of the Acceptance fee for Adeyemi College of Education is Tuesday, 20th November 2018.

If one does not pay the acceptance fee on or before the deadline, he or she would have his or her admission reversed and the space allocated to other candidates on the waiting list. The acceptance fee is a prerequisite for the final screening.
