The different types of Visas that you can apply for include tourist visas, business visas, student’s visas and other specialized types of Visas.
As a tourist in India, you are only allowed to stay for six months before you are expected to return to Nigeria. Documents you need to apply for a tourist visa include your international passport, visa application form duly filled and signed, your visa processing fees and a letter of invitation from your referee in India or an undertaken written to express that you will book your accommodation on arrival in India.
To apply for a business visa to India, you need a statement written on a letter headed paper by the company you are travelling to do business with in India, showing that they are ready to incur maintenance cost, the length of period you would stay with them and how your expertise applies to their business.
