- 2 recent passport-size photo (35mm x 45mm) These passports must be taken within the last three months and evenly exposed
- Your passport which must be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Singapore
- A copy of your passport’s biodata page
- Police clearance certificate
- Tax clearance certificate
- Bank account statement for the last six months, duly signed by your bank
- Evidence of accommodation or booking, including the location and date of arrival
- Proof of flight booking indicating departure and arrival dates
- Evidence of basic travelling allowance to cover one’s entire stay in Singapore
- Letter of introduction from one’s employer indicating work position and your leave dates
- Company’s identity cards
- A letter of introduction for the visa application, otherwise known as aV39A form which must be completed.
