I don’t know about you but I’ve had that moment several times; that moment when I just feel like calling the DSTV customer care center to yell at them. Most times it has to do withdelay in activation after payment but to be fair, DSTV has greatly improved in this area.
They have a courteous and polite customer care team that is ever ready to listen to your complaints and solve them immediately. They also have a self-service option online where you can easily get solution to your challenges.

I’m using dual view and i want to buy another two(2) decoder more for the other rooms. i don’t want a situation whereby when the primary decoder is not on the other will not work. I do pay premium on the dual view, when i add the two(2) how much will i pay for the premium.
