Hello I was sent a cheque from Warrington with DHL Abuja and I was contacted I was told to pay #10550 for e transaction fee and #7000 for the cheque to be stamp which I did unfortunately when there where process the cheque in my bank the money kept bouncing back because I have not upgrade my account. I was ask to pay another #15000 so that the money will enter the account without upgrading and I told them I don’t have such amount, I later paid #5000 and went to the bank the next day to upgrade the account, after which I called them to let them Know I have upgraded the account and they will be no need to pay the #15000.
