Arik airline is the worst airline I ever came across, after cancellation of flight from Kaduna to Portharcourt, I expected a refund which did not happen, called a number of times the customer care service giving full details that was required of me…I still did not get the refund, I went to their customer care desk in Portharcourt ,filling up forms that was required of me..still got no refunds, why the hell should this be a problem and a burden to be beared by a customer, its now five months counting and all I keep getting is that it takes 10 working days or 2 weeks, sometimes 3 weeks to get a refund….well I don’t know what to make of these, I feel using the social networks will make a difference
