UNILORIN Remedial programme, which is referred to as the School of Preliminary Studies (SPS) offers candidates that passed JAMB with relevant subject combinations, as well as possess credit level passes in relevant subjects from not more than two sittings in the SSCE/GCE conducted by WAEC, NECO or NABTEB, but did not get admitted another shot at University education. The SPS programme runs for a year, and upon completion of the programme, candidates who pass the University’s examination and obtain the minimum JAMB cut-off mark for the SPS-enrolled course are considered for admission to pursue a degree programme at the University of Ilorin.
