The Lagos Free Trade Zone, referred to as Lekki Free Zone, was launched in 2006 after a tripartite agreement between China-Africa Lekki Investment Limited, Lagos State Government and Lekki Worldwide Investment Limited to attract new businesses and foreign participation.
