This was a good strategy as in 2010, through the company’s outstanding and unique marketing strategy, it ascended into the top three mobile phone brands in Africa and has become one of the most popular in Nigeria amongst the threesome, Infinix, Tecno and Itel.
Tecno entered Middle East mobiles phones market in 2006. This was after acquiring a good market in Africa. It also moved into the Southeast Asian market in 2017.
