    Very poor and Bad Customer Service In Your Kano Branch(MM Way Kano State).

    Am writing this mail with a deep sadness and regrets be a customer of your TV Cable Satellite. My decoder was faulty and I took it to your branch at MM Way Kano State to lodged my complain of my faulty decoder and I was told to drop it for repairs.And I was told to come back after two week’s, which I patiently waited for the two weeks. But to my surprise when I got there for the collection of my decoder I was told that to come back a week again making it three weeks and I ask the reason why,and I was told that the engineer is yet to attend to my issue.
    A week passed and I went yesterday hoping to hear good news but to my surprise the opposite was the issue.For one month have been deprived from watching TV.Have been your customer for years and I decided not to patronize any other cabel station despite friends telling me how poor your customer service,which have experienced. I believed many out there too are displeased with your customer service.Finally, I was given back my decoder without fixing it and no reason for that.

      What are T1 ad T2 decoders? My decoder was built in May 2016. Can it be an old decoder?
      if it is not the old type decoder< why did Startimes block my line 4 days after I loaded subscription, sad then asked me to swap the decoder for a new one at N3,600 cost.
      A device sold by a company becoming obsolete after 1 year, and has to be replaced for this amount is killing. i need justice please.

    We at irrua Edo state have been experiencing bad signal strength and quality for some time now. You can hardly watch anything all time of the day. Only cracking sound you here. This has prevented so many from recharging their startimes for some time now.

      Very poor and Bad Customer Service In Your Kano Branch(MM Way Kano State).

      Am writing this mail with a deep sadness and regrets be a customer of your TV Cable Satellite. My decoder was faulty and I took it to your branch at MM Way Kano State to lodged my complain of my faulty decoder and I was told to drop it for repairs.And I was told to come back after two week’s, which I patiently waited for the two weeks. But to my surprise when I got there for the collection of my decoder I was told that to come back a week again making it three weeks and I ask the reason why,and I was told that the engineer is yet to attend to my issue.
      A week passed and I went yesterday hoping to hear good news but to my surprise the opposite was the issue.For one month have been deprived from watching TV.Have been your customer for years and I decided not to patronize any other cabel station despite friends telling me how poor your customer service,which have experienced. I believed many out there too are displeased with your customer service.Finally, I was given back my decoder without fixing it and no reason for that.
      Your swith response will be highly appreciated.

    My name is Adedunmola Adeyeye while my decoder number is 02145915468. I did a subscription of Nova boutique yesterday at Oke Fia, Osogbo osun state. Though the subscription has been activated but there are some channels that have automatically wiped from your service decoder, unfortunately it was the most interested channels which the majority are eager to do sub purposely because of all these channels. I’ve try severally whether I can even get one for my family to relax themselves this period of holiday but no way. Kindly do something before things get out of hands and people change to other providers.
