Am writing this mail with a deep sadness and regrets be a customer of your TV Cable Satellite. My decoder was faulty and I took it to your branch at MM Way Kano State to lodged my complain of my faulty decoder and I was told to drop it for repairs.And I was told to come back after two week’s, which I patiently waited for the two weeks. But to my surprise when I got there for the collection of my decoder I was told that to come back a week again making it three weeks and I ask the reason why,and I was told that the engineer is yet to attend to my issue.
A week passed and I went yesterday hoping to hear good news but to my surprise the opposite was the issue.For one month have been deprived from watching TV.Have been your customer for years and I decided not to patronize any other cabel station despite friends telling me how poor your customer service,which have experienced. I believed many out there too are displeased with your customer service.Finally, I was given back my decoder without fixing it and no reason for that.

Very poor and Bad Customer Service In Your Kano Branch(MM Way Kano State).
Am writing this mail with a deep sadness and regrets be a customer of your TV Cable Satellite. My decoder was faulty and I took it to your branch at MM Way Kano State to lodged my complain of my faulty decoder and I was told to drop it for repairs.And I was told to come back after two week’s, which I patiently waited for the two weeks. But to my surprise when I got there for the collection of my decoder I was told that to come back a week again making it three weeks and I ask the reason why,and I was told that the engineer is yet to attend to my issue.
A week passed and I went yesterday hoping to hear good news but to my surprise the opposite was the issue.For one month have been deprived from watching TV.Have been your customer for years and I decided not to patronize any other cabel station despite friends telling me how poor your customer service,which have experienced. Two days ago l payed N3600 into my unique bouquet account through the agent directly behind BRT terminal
at IKORODU garage.But l got credit
alert for N2400 on the sport.
I questioned the receiver and he told me that the ‘system’was at

Try to download the star time application for android and most problem will be solved….Do you know after payment through ATM or pocketmoni or anyoda mean DAT is not direct from their office you need to complete it on dere portal or DAT application, especially this of you switching from one bosque to another some fee are charged xo d money you pay is not enough or more than the plan you want to go for,so on d portal or application is ur duty to choose…..
