Yes spectranet is 7k for 20GB but if you recharge before your data runs out, your plan gets rolled over. In all spectranet is cheap.

In terms of cost, I consider Spectranet to be cheaper.
20GB on spectranet goes for 7k (although with a validity period of 30 days) while the same bundle goes for 17k on Smile (although with a validity period of 12 months)
The issue now rests with your data usage and the size of your pocket.
All in all, I will stick to my Spectranet anyday.
