  2. I was debited twice while paying my school fees via online transaction since on the 21st of March and av gone to my branch bank in Benin to make complaint. They said I should wait for about two weeks and today makes it 3 weeks into this issue and still yet First bank hasn’t reversed my money. The money is meant for my sister’s school fees and first bank is been sluggish concerning this issue. Please I need the money reversed asap. Thank you

    Good afternoon
    Am chatting from delta
    I have an issue with my first mobile transfer since my phone was stolen.
    I went to one of the customer service and they deactivated it and my ATM card.
    Now I have registered and no OTP send to me rather it will be send to another strange number which is not my previous or current number .
    Though I can used my current number to received alert and recharge but my problem is I can get OTP
