Honestly your Ikorodu branch is the worst branch you guys have interm of you customer attendance,those guy you have there now are not just like other guys that are no more there i mean this new guys are worst of all with a real bad attutude and am very sure am not the only one with this complain. I have up to 3 modem under my watch each with a reacharge at least 10kpm, becos of there bad attitude and way they address me i treatened to quit to another network but they don sim to even mind me they have to boss they are there on there own and they are making like the yoruba will say oga ta oga ota alaru a gba owoe and to be candit with you many will runaway if it is not taken care of. please do something about it fast please.

  2. l have spectranet device that I purchased in march, am only receiving messages on expiring notification, have trying to know how much I consume and what my balance have but no way, I think there should be a simple way who ever subscribed to the service get their balance detail
